Refund policy

The Soul Radiance team is committed to provide each customer with exceptional service. We want you to feel comfortable about transacting business with us.

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging intact. A nominal processing and pickup fee of ₹200 will be applicable for all returns and exchanges. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the exchange or refund will be initiated accordingly. For assistance, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
